Mireille Perron Mireille Perron was a teacher of mine at an art school and as an adult student she was younger than me by a few years. I fell in love with her french Montreal voice, it was pure affection to my love starved ears. After I graduated I would see her at parties and we would talk, eventually she said she couldn’t anymore as she didn’t want to lose her husband, Bill Rogers. A husband who controlled who she spoke to. Her husband was meeting my lover Thayre Angliss, according to Thayre, once a week for a blow job and had been for years. I don’t think I ever informed on them. I just felt depressed, a usual reaction to an unusual situation. I got a new lover, of course. I don’t know what happened to Mireille.  The Art School community of the time was scapegoating me with smears after I went on national radio and talked about the drug and alcohol abuse of the teachers there and how it was abandoning and abusive of the students.  We lost touch…
